The pricing of our services is tailored to match the specific requirements and complexity of each job. While our Services page outlines the base rates, we encourage you to get in touch for a detailed quote on specialized services or any extra tasks you might need. Rest assured, we offer complimentary estimates before initiating any work, ensuring transparency and satisfaction from the start.
We take the service fee ($50) and then add on the price for each bedroom ($12) and bathroom ($15). Additional services are then added to that amount. Your invoice will include a breakdown, taxes included. Cash is tax free.

Nope! If you feel more comfortable sending us an email, voice mail, or text, please feel free to do so! Just make sure you include your name, contact info, the service you're interested in, and dates/times. We can add you to our calendar and send you an invoice.

Yes, any cancelations within 48 hours of the appointment start date and time will acquire a $30 cancelation fee on cleaning services and $10 cancelation fee on pet services. Please contact us as soon as possible with any cancelations to avoid this fee. Please refer to our terms of service.
